The Dame of Sark

A play about the occupation of the small island of Sark, near Guernsey in the Channel islands, by the Germans during World War II. It is based on Sybil Hathaway's autobiography, "Dame of Sark", and was written with her permission, although she died shortly before it was first staged in 1974.
